糖尿病大鼠大脑皮层脑源性神经营养因子的表达及内锥体神经元变化的 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病对大脑皮层脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)表达的影响及对内椎体神经元的影响。方法利用链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导制作成年大鼠糖尿病模型(n=10),正常大鼠作为对照组(n=10)。3个月后,用ELISA的方法检测大脑皮层BDNF的表达水平,用中性红染色观察大脑皮层第Ⅲ层内椎体神经元的数量和形态的变化。结果糖尿病大鼠大脑皮层BDNF的表达水平为(15.64±2.22)ng/g,低于正常大鼠的(24.47±3.53)ng/g(P<0.01)。中性红染色发现,糖尿2病大鼠内椎体神经元的数量为(95.64±2.22)个/0.16 mm,2低于正常大鼠的(125.37±16.01)个/0.16mm(P<0.01),且部分内锥体神经元的胞体出现皱缩。结论糖尿病可以导致大脑皮层BDNF表达水平的下降,同时引起大脑皮层第Ⅲ层内锥体神经元的数量和形态发生改变。
