通用水泥抗起砂性能研究

摘要 研究水泥的组成、混合材种类和掺量、石膏掺量、粉磨细度、抗压强度等因素与水泥抗起砂性能的关系,结果表明:硅酸盐水泥抗起砂性能最好;矿渣水泥、粉煤灰水泥及火山灰水泥抗起砂性能都随混合材掺量的增加而降低;石膏掺量增加,矿渣水泥抗起砂性能有所提高;水泥细度增加,通用水泥抗起砂性能显著提高;水泥抗起砂性能与水泥的抗压强度存在一定的相关性。 The influences of factors as cement composition, types and content of cement admixtures, adding quantity of gypsum, grinding fineness, and compressive strength etc, on the anti-dusting performance of cement are studied in this paper. The results showed that anti-dusting performance of Portland cement is the best; anti-dusting performance of slag cement, fly-ash cement and pozzolana cement will become poor when the adding quantity of admixture is increased; anti-dusting performance of slag cement will be improved when dosing rate of gypsum is increased; and anti-dusting performance of common cement will obviously become better when cement fineness is increased. So, there exist certain correlative relationships between anti-dusting performance and cement compressive strength.
