摘要 以矸石电厂CFB(循环硫化床)增钙脱硫粉煤灰和烟气脱硫粉煤灰为研究对象,通过化学分析、XRD、SEM,分别对这两类粉煤灰进行特征分析,将两种粉煤灰机械粉磨至不同的比表面积,作水泥混合材使用。结果表明:经过粉磨后的两种粉煤灰较原灰活性得到很大提高;粉磨至比表面积大于600 m2/kg时,粉煤灰水泥的需水量比降低,增钙粉煤灰水泥的安定性得到很大改善;掺入10%的增钙灰和20%的湿法脱硫粉煤灰的水泥活性最好。 Focusing on the two kinds of gangue-combustion CFB(circulated fluidization bed) fly ash from power generation plant,one of which is adding calcium fly ash(called as Fa,), and the other is wet gas desul furization-fly ash(called as FA.), specifications of them are studied by means of chemical analysis,XRD and SHM. After grinding them to different specific surface areas, we add different fineness of fly ashes to cement as admixture. Testing result shows that the activity of both kinds of fly ashes are improved greatly after grinding; water demanding ratio of fly ash cement is decreased, and soundness of cement adding FA1 is well improved when the specific surface area of fly ash reached to more than 600 m/kg;the activity of cement will be the best when mixed with 10% of FA1 and 20% of FA2.
