摘要 利用汉中地区石英尾泥参与配料生产熟料,这不仅有利于环境保护,更有助于尾泥在水泥行业中的资源综合利用。生产实践表明,石英尾泥与粉煤灰全部替代黏土配料后,生料易烧性得到了改善,熟料质量有所提升,各主要性能基本没有变化,完全可以稳定生产优质低碱熟料,同时生料磨、窑电耗、煤耗略有下降,综合经济效益显著。 Using quartz tailing mud in Hanzhong Area as additive for raw meal preparation is not only favorable to environmental protection but also helpftil to tailing mud resource comprehensive utilization in cement industry. Production practice shows that when using quartz tailing mud and fly ash absolutely instead of clay in raw meal prparationthe clinkerability of raw meal will be improved, the clinker quality will be better and main other specifications will basically no changes, which means good quality of low-alkali clinker can be produced steadily. At the same time, power consumption for raw mill and coal consumption for kiln will be slightly reduced which means good comprehensive economic profit can be got simultaneously.
