妊娠期尼古丁暴露对子代大鼠心脏发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨妊娠期尼古丁暴露对子代大鼠心脏发育的影响。方法:将12只妊娠母鼠随机分为对照组和尼古丁组,每组6只。尼古丁组注射尼古丁6 mg·kg-1·d-1,对照组注射等剂量生理盐水。随机选取出生1天、15天及90天的子代大鼠,测定体重和心脏质量。子代5月龄成年大鼠左心室制作HE切片,观察妊娠期尼古丁暴露对子代大鼠心室微观结构的影响。结果:尼古丁组子代大鼠1天和15天时体重和心脏质量均小于对照组(P<0.05);两组子代大鼠90天时体重和心脏质量比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);尼古丁组子代大鼠心室肌纤维细胞核略小,部分核呈扁平或不规则形状,横纹及闰盘结构不明显,心肌纤维间连接松散。结论:妊娠期尼古丁暴露可导致子代大鼠心脏发育受到影响,子代大鼠1天和15天时心脏质量与体重均下降,90天后两组子代大鼠心脏质量和体重无明显差异,但微观结构上仍有改变,这些改变可能会成为一些疾病发生的结构基础。
