摘要
MOOCs在全球范围内的迅猛发展使知识全球化成为可能,国内外基于MOOCs的在线教育联盟不断成立,人们对MOOCs引起高等教育的根本性变革翘首以盼。然而,MOOCs远远没有成熟,如何使学习者在课程学习中获得抽象经验的同时还能获得直接经验或替代经验,是所有MOOCs教学系统开发者亟需探讨和解决的问题。体验学习理论强调学习者应在"做中学"、"知行合一",这正为构建MOOCs教学系统提供了全新的视角。该理论通过重新审视教师和学习者的角色定位问题、构建游戏化的教学平台、开展分布式教学、倡导参与式的学习文化等一系列问题的提出和解决,吸引学习者在这样"宜居"的学习生态系统中投入学习,为MOOCs持续有效发展提供了可能,从而有效助力以人为本的高等教育教学改革。
MOOCs makes it possible to establish alliance in the rapid development of worldwide globalization of knowledge,based online education abroad continues its inception.Thepeople are highly anticipating the fundamental changes in higher education promoted by MOOCs. However,MOOCs is far from mature,and how to obtain the abstract learners experience in courses of study while obtaining direct experience or vicarious experience is all MOOCs teaching system developers need to be discussed and resolved. Experiential learning theory emphasizes the learner should be"doing","Knowledge and Action",which are to build MOOCs teaching system provides a new perspective. By re-examining the role of teachers and learners to locate the problem of teaching the game to build a platform to carry out distributed teaching,advocating participatory learning culture,attracting teachers into learning in such a"livable"learning ecosystem,as MOOCs the sustainable and effective development offers the possibility to effectively help people-oriented teaching reform of higher education.
