汉黄芩素对慢性低灌注大鼠的神经保护作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察汉黄芩素对慢性脑缺血大鼠的行为学影响,并探讨其可能的机制。方法制备慢性脑缺血模型(2-VO),术后6周分别给予汉黄芩素(实验组)和PBS(对照组)干预。2周后行Morris水迷宫评价大鼠的空间学习记忆功能变化,同时从缺血区脑组织的血管密度、缺血区脑细胞增殖等方面探讨其可能的机制。结果干预组大鼠的空间学习记忆能力较对照组明显改善,缺血区脑组织血管密度较对照组明显增高(P<0.05);而缺血区神经细胞的凋亡数量明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论汉黄芩素可以显著改善慢性脑缺血大鼠的空间学习记忆能力,其可能的机制与增加血管密度、减轻神经细胞凋亡有关的神经血管保护作用,其在缺血性脑血管病的治疗中有很大的应用前景。
