摘要
目的对同年次生包头市种植地采集和药店采集蒙古黄芪中重金属铅的含量进行比较研究。方法按照《中国药典》2010年版规定,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定蒙古黄芪中铅的含量,用SPSS统计软件包对检测数据进行统计分析,对种植地采集和药店采集两组数据进行独立样本t检验。结果蒙古黄芪中铅的检出率为100%。包头市种植地采集蒙古黄芪中铅含量为(0.546 8±0.327 2)μg/g,包头市药店采集蒙古黄芪中铅含量为(1.280 8±0.460 8)μg/g。结论包头市药店采集蒙古黄芪中铅含量高于种植地采集蒙古黄芪,且含量水平均未超出《中国药典》2010年版黄芪项下的有关规定(Pb≤5μg/g)。说明黄芪在加工、贮存和生产炮制等过程中,可能受到不同程度有毒、有害物质的污染,但仍在允许范围内。
Objective Comparative study on the content of Pb in Astragalus membranaceus( Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus( Bge.) Hsiao collected from Baotou planting points and market which planted in the same year. Methods Referring to the related standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010[1],the content of lead in samples was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The test data were statistically analysed by SPSS statistical software package. Two sets of data from the planting points and market were analyzed by t test for two independent samples. Results The detection rate of lead from samples was100%. The lead content in planting points samples was( 0. 546 8 ± 0. 327 2) μg/g,which in market was( 1. 280 8 ± 0. 460 8)μg/g. Conclusion The lead content in market samples was higher than that of planting points,and the lever were within the relevant provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2010 edition of astragalus( Pb≤5μg/g). Therefore,Astragalus membranaceus( Fisch.) Bge. var. mongholicus( Bge.) Hsiao may be polluted by toxic and harmful substances in the process of processing,storage and production,but still within the permissible range.
