Effect of microstructure and shearing parameter on the edge crack defect in the SPHC steel with lower carbon content during cold rolling process

摘要 针对迁钢低碳系SPHC热卷在冷轧过程中经常出现边裂缺陷,研究了边裂出现的原因。结果表明,精轧过程中,带钢边部温降过大导致边部出现粗大晶粒并伴有混晶,以及边部剪切参数不匹配导致的切边质量不佳是导致低碳系SPHC冷轧边裂的原因。通过调整精轧冷却水以及合理匹配剪切参数,有效解决了这一缺陷。 The reason was studied for the edge crack defect in the SPHC steel with lower carbon content during cold rolling process in Qian' an Steel Company. The result shows that the coarse and mixed crystals in the edge of strip which was caused by excessive temperature drop in the edge during finishing rolling process, and the poor shearing quality which was caused by mismatch of shearing parameters were the reasons for the edge crack defect in the SPHC steel with lower carbon content during cold rolling process. By adjusting the cooling water system during finishing rolling process and matching shearing parameters reasonably, the defect was solved effectively.
