1例乙型肝炎病毒DNA高滴度复制而乙型肝炎表面抗原阴性的肝癌 被引量:2

摘要 目的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)和原发性肝癌的发病密切相关,HBV感染最重要的指标是乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBs Ag)阳性,当HBV复制时常伴随乙型肝炎e抗原或乙型肝炎e抗体阳性。本文报道了1例HBs Ag阴性、HBV DNA仍高滴度复制而病情迅速进展的患者。
