摘要
检察业务考评体系是检察机关内部绩效管理方法的结构系统。上世纪80年代伊始,我国检察业务考评体系历经探索尝试阶段、初步建立阶段、整体推进阶段、创新发展阶段,从无到有、从有到优,不断改革完善,形成不断优化科学的业务考评体系结构。
Procuratorial appraisal system belongs to the procuratorial intemal performance management system. From the beginning of the 1980s, China＇s procuratorial appraisal system has gone through several stages： exploration the initial set-up, the overall improving, and innovation and development. It keeps improving toward perfect and now it has become a scientific evaluation system.
