摘要
目的:观察"许氏渴必络"中药湿包裹治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床症状改善情况,探讨其对疗糖尿病周围神经病变的影响。方法:将60例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用甲钴胺针治疗,治疗组在常规治疗和甲钴胺针治疗的基础上加"许氏渴必络"中药湿包裹治疗。治疗14 d后进行病人神经病变主觉症状问卷(TSS)进行评分和神经传导作用测定。结果:1.TSS评分:2组治疗后较本组治疗前TSS评分均改善,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组和对照组TSS评分有显著性差异,(P<0.05);2.运动神经速度测定(MCV):治疗后2组运动神经中正中神经、腓神经和胫神经传导速度均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);3.感觉神经速度测定(SCV):治疗后2组感觉神经中正中神经和腓神经传导速度均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且未见明显不良反应。结论:"许氏渴必络"中药湿包裹治疗糖尿病周围神经病变不但可以明显的改善临床症状,还可以提高患者运动神经和感觉神经传导速度,且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe therapeutic effect of "Xu-shi-ke-bi-luo" decoction wet pack treatment on patients with Dia- betic Peripheral Neuropathy, and discover the effect on Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. Methods: 60 cases of patients with type 2 di- abetes combining with DPN were all given were randomly assigned into treatment group and contrast group, 30 patients in each group. The contrast group used mecobalamin on the base of the regular treatment, the treatment group used the "Xu-shi-ke-bi-luo" decoction on the base of the regular treatment and mecobalamin. The treatment lasted for 14 days. The TSS score and the nerve conductive velocity were observed after the treatment. Results: 1. The TSS score : The TSS score of the two group were improved, there was a significant difference before and after treatment (P 〈 0. 05) ; There was a significant difference between the contrast group and the treatment group after treatment. 2. The motor nerve conductive velocity (MCV) : The MNCV improved better in treatment group than in control group after treatment, there was a significant difference between the two groups. 3. The sensory nerve conductive velocity (SCV) : The SNCV was improved better in treatment group than in control group after treatment, there was a significant difference be- tween the two groups. There was no obvious side effect found during the treatment. Conclusion: The "Xu-shi-ke-bi-luo" decoction can not only improve the clinical symptoms, but also can improve the MCV and SCV. There was no obvious side effect found during the treatment. It is well worthy of clinical application.
