摘要
生物体是一个整体化和网络化的复杂系统,证的本质需要采用适用于复杂系统和现象研究的系统科学理论来阐释。系统生物学的出现给证候实质研究带来了新希望。本文基于系统生物学的研究方法和技术,从基因组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学等组学角度,论述肺气虚证的证本质研究,并对肺气虚证的研究前景予以展望。
Since organism is an integration and network of complex system, the syndrome essence is needed to study by a systematic and scientific theory which is suitable to explain the complex system and phenomena. The emergence of systems biology has brought a new hope to the essence of syndrome research. According to the method and technology of systems biology, The purpose of this paper is to explore the genomics, proteomics and metabonomics of lung Qi deficiency syndrome, and the prospects of essence research of lung Qi deficiency syndrome are discussed.
