摘要
颈性眩晕的发病过程往往伴随"微观血瘀"状态,而血管内皮细胞损伤为微观血瘀的病理基础。分别从微观血瘀与颈性眩晕相关性、血管内皮功能在颈性眩晕发病中的作用,中医药调控血管内皮功能治疗颈性眩晕的分子机制等方面进行梳理,并指出未来相关领域的研究方向,从而提高中医治疗颈性眩晕的有效率。
This paper expounded the onset of Cervical vertigo process often appear "microcosmic blood stasis" state, vascular endothelial injury is pathological basis of "microcosmic blood stasis" . We analyze from the correlation of microcosmic blood stasis and Cervical vertigo, the effect of endothelial function on the pathogenesis of cervical vertigo, molecular mechanism of regulating the endothelial function with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of the cervical vertigo, at the same time, it points out the future research in the field of related in order to improve the effectiveness of TCM in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
