针刺治疗原发性高血压病的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture Treatment for Essential Hypertension According to Syndrome Differentiation

将近年来发表的针灸治疗原发性高血压病的临床报道与相关中医古籍结合分析,探讨原发性高血压病的病机及针刺治疗的辨证取穴规律。原发性高血压的总病机为气海失司,以具有活血散风、平肝降逆之功的人迎穴为主穴针刺治疗。辨证施治研究最多的是肝阳上亢型,多从肝论治取穴。其次是气虚痰浊型,而针对肝肾阴虚型和阴阳两虚型高血压病研究较少。太冲、曲池、足三里、三阴交是临床最为常用、实验研究最多的穴位。

This article reviews the reports of acupuncture treatment for essential hypertension in recent years and the related ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,to explore the pathogenesis of essential hypertension and the acupuncture treatment according to syndrome differentiation. The dysfunction of Qi Hai is the main pathogenesis of hypertension,treated with Ren-ying acupoint for the principle of invigorating blood,expelling wind and regulating liver. Syndrome of liver Yang hyperactivity is the most studied type,which is treated with the liver. The second is the Qi asthenia and phlegm turbidity syndrome,while the syndrome of liver and kidney Yin asthenia is less. LR3,LI11,ST36 and SP6 are the most commonly used acupoints in clinic and experimental studies.
