乌莓消痈膏外敷治疗早期肛周脓肿的临床疗效

Externally Dressing Wumei Xiaoyong Gao in the Treatment of Early Perianal Abscess：Clinical Effect

为探讨乌莓消痈膏外敷治疗早期肛周脓肿的疗效，将100例早期肛周脓肿患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例，观察组予乌莓消痈膏外敷，对照组予云南白药痔疮膏外敷，对比两组患者疗效。结果显示，观察组治愈44例（88．0％），好转5例，无效1例；对照组治愈25例（50．0％），好转16例，无效9例。观察组治愈率明显高于对照组，P〈0.05。两组患者治疗后白细胞水平较治疗前均明显降低，P〈0.05；观察组治疗后白细胞水平明显低于对照组，P〈0.05。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，P〈0.05。结果表明，乌莓消痈膏外敷治疗早期肛周脓肿疗效肯定，不良反应少。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of externally dressing Wumei Xiaoyong Gao （an ointment of Chinese medicine） for treating early perianal abscess.The 100 patients with early perianal abscess were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases for each; the former received external dressing with Wumei Xiaoyong Gao, the latter with Yunan Baiyao Gao for hemorrhoids（a famous-region Chinese drugs）,then the curative effects were compared between both groups.As results,in observation group 44 cases were cured, 5 improved, 1 of non-response, while in control group, 25,16,9, respectively,thus the curative rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P 〈0.05）;the WBC of both groups was all significantly reduced after treatment（ P 〈0.05）,but posttreatment level of WBC in observation group was much significantly lower than control group（ P 〈0.05） the incidence of adverse reaction of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）.Hence,externally dressing Wumei Xiaoyong Gao for treating perianal abscess is of certain effect and Key less adverse reaction.
