臭氧水冲洗及中药液熏蒸在肛门疾病术后的应用 被引量:1

Application of Ozone Water Washing plus Chinese Medicine Liquid Fumigation after Surgery for Anorectal Disease

摘要 为探讨臭氧水冲洗及中药液熏蒸在肛门疾病术后的应用效果,本研究将108例行手术治疗的肛门疾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各54例,观察组术后应用LC—C多功能熏蒸治疗机对患处进行臭氧水冲洗和中药液熏蒸,对照组术后应用高锰酸钾溶液熏洗患处,每天1次,3d为一疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,对比两组患者疗效。结果显示,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。观察组术后肛门最剧烈疼痛评分、肛缘水肿评分、肛门疼痛消失时间、肛缘水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组,P〈0.05。结果表明,肛门疾病术后应用LC—C多功能熏蒸治疗机对患处进行臭氧水冲洗和中药液熏蒸可减轻肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿,促进创面愈合,从而提高手术疗效。 In order to investigate application efficacy of ozone water washing plus Chinese medicine liquid fumigation after operation for anorectal diseases,this study enrolled 108 patients who had received the operation for anorectal diseases,and divided randomly them into observation group and control group, 54 cases for each; after operation observation group adopted this apparatus (LC-C multi-function fuming steaming therapeutic apparatus) and applied ozone water washing plus Chinese medicine liquid fumigation to the affected area,while control group adopted PP solution to fuming & wash; ltime/d,3d was a treatment course,for continuous 3 courses,then the effects of both groups were compared.As results,in observation group the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group( P〈0.05),after operation the score for the most agony of anus,the score for anal edge edema,the time for anal pain disappearing, the time for anal edge edema disappearing and the time for wound-surface healing were all shorter than that in control group( P 〈0.05).Results show that after the operation for anorectal disease,using LC- C apparatus to apply ozone water washing plus Chinese medicine liquid fumigation to the affected area can reduce pain of anus, anal edge edema,and prorate wound healing, so that lifting operative effect.
