半边莲生物碱对肺动脉高压模型大鼠肺血管重构的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Lobelia Alkaloids on Pulmonary Vascular Remodeling of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Rat Models Induced by Monocrotaline

摘要 目的:观察半边莲生物碱对野百合碱(MCT)致肺动脉高压(PAH)模型大鼠肺血管及右心室重构的影响。方法:MCT一次性腹腔注射60 mg/kg体质量复制PAH模型大鼠,一周后给予半边莲生物碱灌胃,灌胃4周后,观察大鼠右心室肥厚指数(RVHI)、右心室质量指数(RVMI)以及肺小动脉形态学变化。结果:半边莲生物碱可显著降低PAH模型大鼠RVHI和RVMI以及肺小动脉管壁厚度,使管腔内径扩大。结论:半边莲生物碱早期干预后MCT致PAH模型大鼠肺小动脉和右心室的重构明显受到了抑制。 Objective :To observe the effects of lobelia alkaloids on pulmonary vascular and right ventricular remodeling of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) rat models induced by monocrotaline. Methods:The rats were given a dose of 60 mg/kg monocrotaline intraperitoneally to establish the PAH model,one week later, rats were given lobelia alkaloids by intragastric administration. After 4 weeks,we observed right ventricular hypertrophy index(RVHI),right ventricular mass index(RVMI) and pulmonary morphological changes by HE staining. Results:Lobelia alkaloids could significantly reduce RVHI,RVMI,pulmonary artery wall thickness and expand inner diameter of pulmonary artery in PAH rats. Conclusion:Lobelia alkaloids can inhibit pulmonary artery and right ventricular remodeling of PAH rat model induced by MCT significantly.
