摘要 本文分析了建筑设计与装修行业的发展现状,并从绿色建筑的理念出发分析了影响室内空气质量问题的因素。进而对BIM的概念和优势进行阐述,提出了基于BIM技术在绿色建筑空气质量问题中的研究方法,即在项目建设阶段对建筑室内的环境进行的改善与优化,以及在运营阶段通过BIM监控平台对建筑物的室内空气质量情况进行动态化监测管理。由此验证BIM技术在绿色建筑全过程中有效的改善建筑室内空气质量的可行性,以引领我国建筑设计行业健康有利的发展。 This paper analyzes the development of architectural design and decoration industries, and starting from the concept of green building analyzes the factors that affect indoor air quality problems, Further elaborated the concept and advantages of BIM, BIM technology proposed improvement and optimization methods in green building based on air quality issues, namely the construction phase of the project for construction of the indoor environment, as well as during the operational phase of the building by BIM monitoring platform indoor air quality material dynamic monitoring and management. Thus verify the feasibility of BIM technology in the entire process of green building effective improvement of indoor air quality- in order to lead a healthy development of China's favorable architectural design industries.
