浅析住宅建筑软基工程对室内空间的影响

受地质环境条件的影响,我国住宅建筑工程施工建设的过程中,软土地基施工的情况时有发生,为了尽可能降低地基的沉降对建筑室内空间稳定性的安全隐患,增强软地基的固结度,使之符合住宅建筑空间设计的要求,在施工初期就常常需要对工程进行人工软基处理。本文结合住宅建筑软基工程施工工艺技术的特点,尝试对软地基处理措施及施工工艺展开探讨,以期提高住宅建筑室内空间的工程质量、确保建筑物空间的安全使用。
