浅析住宅建筑软基工程对室内空间的影响

摘要 受地质环境条件的影响,我国住宅建筑工程施工建设的过程中,软土地基施工的情况时有发生,为了尽可能降低地基的沉降对建筑室内空间稳定性的安全隐患,增强软地基的固结度,使之符合住宅建筑空间设计的要求,在施工初期就常常需要对工程进行人工软基处理。本文结合住宅建筑软基工程施工工艺技术的特点,尝试对软地基处理措施及施工工艺展开探讨,以期提高住宅建筑室内空间的工程质量、确保建筑物空间的安全使用。 Affected by the geological environmental conditions, the situation of the construction of soft soil foundation has occurred in the process of housing construction project construction in China. In order to reduce settling foundation for the stability of the building interior space security risks and enhauced degree of consolidation of soft foundation. In the initial phase of construction on the project often requires manual soft ground treatment to conform to the requirements of residential building space design. Combining with the characteristics of residential building construction technology of soft soil foundation engineering, this paper try on the soft foundation treatment measures and construction technology to explore it. In order to enhance the quality of residential construction of interior space, ensure the safety, of the building space use.
