中央提出建设"美丽中国"的宏伟目标,风景园林迎来了发展的春天。十年树木,百年树人。如何培养适应时代发展的人才是当务之急。从传统与创新、广博与精深、功能与理念、本土与异地、艺术与技术、共性与个性、理想与现实、主导与协同、自信与质疑、做事与做人10对关系入手,阐述风景园林教育与人才培养的观点和认识。

With the construction of ＂Beautiful China＂ put forward by the central government, landscape architecture is developing in the spring. As the Chinese proverb says： it takes ten years to grow a tree but a hundred years to bring up a generation of good men, how to cultivate talents adapting to development is a pressing matter of the moment. Starting from 10 pairs of relations, which are tradition and innovation, extensiveness and profoundness, function and concept, locality and exoticness, art and technology, generality and individuality, the ideal and the reality, leading and coordination, self-confidence and doubt, work and life, the paper talks about personal opinion on landscape architecture education and talent training.
