摘要
从规划价值取向和规划技术方法出发,围绕生态保护和建设开发的矛盾这一生态带基本问题,旨在寻找一种协调多学科领域矛盾的综合集成方法。以杭州市西南部生态带为例,从生态敏感性分析和生态景观安全格局的角度划分建设适宜性用地类型;同时从当前城市经济、社会发展用地需求的角度,分析规划生态带规模。最后对2种规划路径博弈分析,确定最终方案,划定空间管制单元并制定单元控制指标,以期寻求更可行、更科学的生态带规划方法。
Centered on the contradiction between ecological protection and construction, and from the value orientation and technical methods of panning, the paper aims to come up with an integrated standard workable planning method that can coordinate multi-discipline and multi-subject contradictions. With ecological belt in southwest Hangzhou as an example, it divides suitability of development land from the perspective of ecological sensitivity evaluation and landscape ecological positioning. Then it predicts the population and extent of the ecological belt from the point of urban economic and social development. To make it more workable and scientific, the paper analyzes the existing methods, points out final plan and indexes and divides the spatial control unit.
