摘要
我国东南沿海六大城市连绵区是国家经济社会发展的先发地区,但其发展也面临着中西部竞争力增强、外出劳动力增幅放缓等不利因素的影响。近年来,东南沿海大城市连绵区在低碳生态、旧区更新、创新创意产业发展、宜居城市建设,以及规划的编制和创新等方面作了许多探索。在加强区域协调发展的背景下,实现陆海统筹协调发展、研究自由贸易区对区域关系的影响、进行新一轮的城市群规划的编制,是这些大城市连绵区面临的重点任务。
The six southeastern coastal metropolitan areas are developed regions of China. They face mid-western regions growth and labor shortage chal enges. In recent years, the metropolitan areas have practiced low carbon city development, old district renovation, creative industry, livable city, and planning compilation innovation to boost development. Studies on land-sea integrate development and free trade zone impact, and a new round urban agglomeration planning are major missions of these areas.
