研究梳理地域主义思想发展的历程,将地域主义嫁接到现代主义之上,形成现代性地域主义思想,并归纳总结出现代性地域主义的要素、特征、检验标准及实施的路径与方法,然后以广州科学城规划和黄埔区沙埗村改造规划为例,详细阐述山体、水体、石头和树木等地域要素在规划实践上的运用。

By connecting the regional and Modernism, the paper proposes the regional planning and design in modernity base on analysis of the development of regional thought. In order to connect with the modern planning and implementation, the paper analyzes the elements, features, standard and the implementation way, makes the urban develop with more regionalism. Then the paper takes Science city of Guangzhou as example, by analyzing its implementation of regional planning and design in modernity, offers a reference to other plan.
