住区规划设计课程群,在引导学生顺利转型、建立规划设计学习兴趣、培养规划设计思维方式和综合能力初步构建方面是非常关键的。东南大学城市规划专业住区规划设计课程群强调设计课程和理论课程互动,优化设计辅导课、设计专题课系列和相关理论课的衔接,建构理论联系实践的教学情境。教学特色体现在三个方面:务实性——教学态度务实、强调调查研究、紧扣发展形势;开放性——开放的教学角色、空间策划、合作环境、教学平台;多元性——多维教学重点线、多元拓展认知、多层次系统构建。

Housing Planning and Design Courses＇ Group is very crucial to foster Urban Planning specialty students to establish urban planning study interests, to cultivate their comprehensive thinking and capacities. Housing Planning and Design Courses＇ Group of SEU emphasize interaction between design courses and theory courses, optimize the connection among design studios, special topic series and theory courses. The characters of the group lies in three aspects. The first is pragmatic--pragmatic teaching attitudes, emphasis on surveys and stick to developing trends. The second is openness--open teaching roles, programming, cooperation and international teaching platform. The third is plurality--plural teaching lines, understanding urban diversities, multi-level systems construction.
