摘要
虽然我国政府的宏观政策促进了我国新农村建设的快速发展,但实践过程中的偏差造成了许多误区,这些误区导致了操作领域的规划理论严重缺失和断层。本文就以乡村视角,探讨了村庄规划技术策略和过程模式,为解决阻碍乡村发展问题提供借鉴意义。
Although the macro policy of the Chinese govern-ment promoted the rapid development of China’s new rural co-nstruction, but the deviation in the process of practice caused a lot of misunderstanding, the misunderstanding caused the seri-ous lack and fault of planning theory in operating field. In cou-ntry perspective, this paper discusses the vil age planning tech-nology strategy and process model, provides reference to solve the problem of rural development.
