建筑项目管理人员要重点关注工程施工的质量水平,并且作为各个建筑单位总的组织者和管理者,不但要参与和监督各个单位的实际工作,还要促进各个单位之间的相互协调与合作,保证建筑项目的顺利完工。
Construction project management staff should foc-us on the quality level of engineering construction, and as the overal organizer and manager of various construction units sh-ould not only participate and supervise the actual work of eve-ry unit, but also promote the coordination and cooperation am-ong the various units so as to ensure the successful completion of the construction project.
