工程项目施工企业在今天激烈的市场竞争中能否占有一席之地,取胜的关键要看其产品质量是否优良、生产周期是否较短、生产成本是否较低,以及经济效益和社会效益是否能够实现最大化。因此,工程项目施工成本控制具有重要的意义。本文首先就建筑施工企业成本控制现存的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了具体的解决策略。

Project construction enterprises can share a space for one person in today’s fierce competition market, the key depends on whether its product quality is good, the production cycle is short, the cost of production is low, and the economic benefits and social benefits is to maximize. Therefore, project construction cost control has the important significance. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the construction ente-rprise cost control, and puts forward some specific solutions.
