本文首先简单介绍了建筑工程全过程造价管理的内容,然后详细分析了现阶段全过程造价管理的制约因素,并提出相应的措施提高管理效果,最后对全文进行总结,提出全过程造价管理的优化前景。
This paper introduces the content of whole process construction project cost management, then makes a detailed analysis of the factors restricting the whole process cost mana-gement at the present stage, and puts forward the correspon-ding measures to improve management effectiveness, final y summarizes the ful text, puts forward the optimized prospect of whole process cost management.
