本文对如何加强建设项目工程全过程造价管理,分别从投资决策、设计、承发包、工程实施、竣工结算等阶段进行了阐述。
In this article, the author carries on the elaboration of how to strengthen the whole process cost management of construction engineering project from the stages of investment decision-making, design, contracting, project implementation, and completion set lement.
