在代建管理过程中如何降低代建工程建筑施工成本,提高工程质量,是当前代建工程项目需要重视和关注的课题之一。本文就代建建筑工程项目施工的成本与质量控制内容进行分析,展开讨论,并提出切实有效的意见和建议。
How to reduce construction project cost manage-ment in the agent construction process, improve the quality of the project, is one of the topics in the current generation of construction project needs at ention. This paper analyzes, disc-usses the cost and quality control in agent construction engin-eering project construction, and puts forward some effective advices and suggestions.
