摘要
本文对建筑项目人力资源管理的特点及影响因素进行了介绍,分析了目前建筑项目人力资源管理中较为普遍存在的问题,提出了只为任务设立岗位、确定清晰的责权关系、建立适宜的管理幅度等一系列优化措施。
This paper introduces the characteristics and influe-nce factors of construction project human resource manage-ment, and analyzes the existing problems in the present con-struction project human resource management, puts forward a series of measures to optimize the suitable management scope like set ing position only for the task, determining the clear rel-ationship of rights and obligations, establishing responsibility management span.
