摘要
随着我国市场经济的持续发展和城市化进程的加速推进,土地价值飞速上涨。本文以土地资源管理为中心,通过分析找出存在的问题,提出了可行的建议。促进了管理机制的创新,提高了土地利用效率。
With the sustainable development of Chinese mar-ket economy and the accelerating of urbanization process, the land value rise rapidly. This article takes the land resource ma-nagement as the center, through the analysis of the existing pr-oblems to put forward feasible suggestions, promote the innov-ation of management mechanism, and improve the ef iciency of land use.
