摘要
本文从国家和地方两个层面,梳理了当前地下空间开发管理的法律法规,并对当前地下空间法规关注重点和问题作了简要分析。
In this article, the author from two aspects of nat-ional and local to straight out the current laws and regulations of underground space development and management, and carr-ies on a briefly analysis of the focus and problems for current underground space regulation.
