浅谈现代住宅小区规划的问题与对策--以两个不同类型住宅小区为例

本文对现代住宅小区规划中存在的问题进行了探讨，指出住宅小区的主题定位应有自身特色，空间形态与环境要注重整合性，社区交通组织应因地制宜，户型设计应根据不同的发展定位创造合理的布局等，从而完善住宅小区的规划设计。

In this article, the author discusses the problems a-nd countermeasures of modern residential district planning, p-oints out that the theme of residential location should have its own characteristic, should pay at ention to integrated space fo-rm and the environment, the community traffic organization s-hould adjust measures to local conditions, the house layout des-ign should base on the development of different location and create a reasonable layout, etc. so as to improve the residential district planning and design.
