住宅生长之“与子偕老”

Residential Growth with＂Grow Old Together＂

笔者认为在现今的普通住宅中，多数住宅并未进行符合老年人居住的设计。故而随着时间的推移，居住者年纪增长，需要根据老人的生理、心理变化，对住宅进行逐步地改善改进。使之适应自理老人，介助老人的居家养老。

The author thinks that in today＇s general residential, most of the houses do not conform to the design of the elderly people. So as time goes on, older residents need to gradual y i-mprove the housing improvement bases on their physical, psy-chological change so as to adapt to the home-based care of sel-f-care and device-aided for the aged.
