本文以实体工程为依托，介绍了旋挖混凝土管桩桩的原理、施工特点。并在此基础上，进一步分析了旋挖混凝土灌注桩施工过程中的泥浆制备、埋设护筒、钻孔定位、钻进成孔等环节的质量控制措施。

This article bases on the entity engineering and in-troduces the principles and construction characteristics of spin dig concrete pipe pile. Base on this, the author further analyzes the quality control measures of the mud preparation, embedd-ing liners, drilling positioning, dril ing holes in the process of concrete fil ing pile construction.
