为了如期按时交房，很多北方城市的住宅建设必须要进行冬季施工。本文通过分析施工工程的管理与工序技术在冬季施工的特点与意义，希望研究出一套合理的冬季施工方案。

In order to be on time launch, many northern cities’ housing construction must be construction in winter.
