摘要
建筑工程施工管理质量的保证，需要施工各专业人员之间的配合。本文在分析建筑施工管理的协调控制基础上，阐述了建筑施工管理的协调控制方式。最后，就建筑施工管理的协调控制进行了重点的分析和研究。
The assurance of construction engineering manage-ment quality needs the cooperation of al construction profe-ssionals. This article bases on the analysis of the coordinated control of construction management, elaborates the coordinate-d control mode of building construction management.
