空心板底板纵向开裂分析及处治对策研究

Research on the Hollow Slab Bottom Longitudinal Cracking Analysis and Treatment Countermeasures

本文从设计、施工、运营方面分析了空心板底板纵向开裂原因，并对底板钢筋锈胀过程进行了深入分析。根据病害产生的原因，从止水、阻水及防护三方面提出了处治对策。最后对空心板预制施工提出了优化建议，避免板底缺陷的发生。

This paper from the design, construction and opera-tion analyzes reasons of the hol ow plate floor longitudinal cr-acking, and makes an in-depth analysis of the bottom steel co-rrosion process. According to the causes, puts forward the me-asures from three aspects of water, water resistance and prot-ection. Final y, we put forward some suggestions on optimiza-tion of prefabricated hol ow slab, to avoid the occurrence of defects of slab.
