本文从青藏高原恶劣的自然环境及气候特点出发，对阿坝县老城区旧路改造施工，从材料选用、配合比设计、机械设备与人员配置以及施工的每一工序上，提出了针对性的施工质量控制措施。

This article starts from the worse natural environm-ent and climate characteristics of Tibetan plateau and put for-ward the specific construction quality control measures to the road reconstruction in Aba Old County from every working procedure of material selection, mixture ratio design, mechan-ical equipment and staf configuration and construction.
