区域规划具有地域性、战略性等特点。我国目前迫切需要建立、健全经济区划和区域规划的相关法律制度，保障它们的科学、权威及稳定性。当前，总结借鉴国外及我国有关区域规划的经验教训，将其纳入法制化轨道，具有重要的现实意义。

Regional planning has characteristics of regional, strategic, etc. The relevant legal system on economic region-alization and regional planning is an urgent need to establish to ensure the scientific, authoritative and stability. At present, the paper summarizes the experience of foreign countries and Chinese relevant regional planning and brings this into the orbit of legal system, which has important practical signific-ance.
