摘要
本文以实际项目设计为契机,以案例分析作为基础的研究方法,对奥特莱斯的区位、功能布局模式、建筑空间组织、店铺规模配比、停车场面积配比等规划设计要素进行了归纳和总结,希望为其他奥特莱斯项目设计提供一定的帮助。
This article takes the actual project as an opport-unity and takes the case analysis as the research method. The author carries on the induction and summary of the outlet location, function layout mode, building space organization, shopping size ratio, ratio of parking area planning and design elements, and hopes to provide certain help for other outlet project design.
