摘要
近些年，随着工程量清单计价的广泛应用，原有造价计算模式已不能再满足现有的市场发展，这就要求在造价管理中做到“量价分离”，而工程量清单计价恰恰满足了要求。本文对这种新的造价模式进行了深入地分析。
In recent years, with the wide application of boq cost estimation, the original cost calculation model has been unable to meet the existing market development, which req-uires ＂separation of quantity and price＂ in cost management, and the boq cost estimation exactly meet the requirements. In this paper, the new cost calculation modle is analysised in-d-epth.
