The new residence is a located on a flat lot adjacent to a busy street. Our large goal was to design a beautiful family home while minimizing street noise. It is essential that the outside world be left behind and our ides focused on creating a zone of decompression as you enter the property. The street is heavily screened with andscaping and high wails.
