摘要
居住区是为人们提供休息交流、健身漫步的场所,据研究,城市居民有1/3时间在居住环境中度过。以近些年上海市居住区景观环境建设为例,通过对居住区园林景观规划布局、水生植物与景观水系统配置、居住区绿化树种选择3个方面的研究,分析了居住区景观设计如何服务于物业部门的管理工作。提出以设计为切入点,将物业管理与景观设计两者有机结合,动态地探讨居住区景观设计如何为物业管理工作提供便利,合理做到与物业管理系统性的对接。
The residential area is to provide people with places for rest, exchanges, fitness and walking. According to research, one-third of urban residents have spent time in the residential environment. In this paper, with the landscape environment construction of recent residential areas in Shanghai as examples, the paper analyzes how the residential landscape design serves the property management through the study of landscape planning and layout of residential area, aquatic plants and landscape water system configuration, and residential tree species selection. It is proposed to take design as the starting point, organically combine property management and landscape design, dynamically explore how residential landscape design can facilitate property management, and reasonably connect with the systemic property management.
