摘要
为提高矢量控制变频调速系统的静、动态性能,提出一种基于变频器自身的异步电机参数辨识新方法,采用SVPWM技术控制逆变器向异步电机施加直流或者交流信号激励,通过检测输出响应,实现对异步电机定子电阻、定子漏感、转子电阻、转子漏感及定转子励磁电感等参数进行辨识。针对输出响应信号存在噪声和谐波的特点,利用离散傅里叶变换(DFT)提取出基波电流、电压的幅值和相位等有效信息。采用基于SVPWM的死区效应时间补偿方法,避免了逆变器开关管的开关延迟、管压降及死区时间对参数辨识的影响。最后,在以TMS320F2808 DSP为控制核心的矢量变频器中采用该方法进行参数辨识实验,实验结果表明该方法的正确性。
In order to improve the controI performance of vector inverter,an improved parameter identification soIution for induction motor is proposed in this paper.DC or AC voItage is appIied to the induction motor using the SVPWM through the inverter. Then stator resistance,stator Ieakage inductance,rotor resistance,rotor Ieakage inductance and mutuaI inductance are ob-tained according to the signaI response.The discrete Fourier transform (DFT) is used to deaI with the noise and harmonic. The impact on parameter identification caused by deIays in the inverter switch tube,tube voItage drop and dead-time is avoided by effective compensation measures.
