摘要
利用多体系统传递矩阵分析柴油机配气系统的动力学特性,推导基于多体系统传递矩阵的动力学模型建模过程,建立了配气系统基于多体系统传递矩阵的单质量和二质量动力学模型.为检验该方法建模的有效性,以某柴油机配气系统为例,将以新方法建立的多体系统传递矩阵模型与多刚体系统动力学模型、GTSUITE建立的多柔体动力学模型进行比较.实验表明,多体系统传递矩阵模型较多刚体系统动力学模型对于气门的升程曲线、丰满系数等参数的计算值误差更小,且求解更简便;较多柔体动力学模型建模更方便、快捷.
In this paper, the dynamics analysis of the diesel engine gas distribution system was studied with the multi -body system transfer matrix method; the dynamics modeling process with the multi - body system transfer matrix method was deduced, and the single and dual mass dynamics models of the gas distribution system based on multi -body system transfer matrix were established. In order to test the validity of this modeling method, a diesel engine gas distribution system was used as an example, the new established multi - body system transfer matrix model, the multi - rigid - body dynamics mod- el and the multi - flexible body dynamics model established with GT - SUITE were compared. The ex- perimental results indicated that when compared with multi - rigid body system dynamics model the calculated values of valve lift curve and plump coefficient with the multi - body system transfer matrix model have smaller error and are easy to solve; when compared with the multi -flexible body dynamics model, the multi -body system transfer matrix modeling process is simple and fast.
