摘要
目的:激活外周胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)受体,观察大鼠对可口蔗糖溶液摄入量及其喜好率的变化,探讨其参与摄食调控的可能机制。方法:给予大鼠腹腔注射Exendin-4(GLP-1受体激动剂)0.5μg/100g或同量生理盐水,利用双瓶选择实验,测量大鼠对8%蔗糖溶液/蒸馏水的摄入量,计算对蔗糖溶液的喜好率。结果:Exendin-4组与生理盐水组相比,大鼠摄入8%蔗糖溶液的量、对蔗糖溶液的喜好率以及3h总液体摄入量均显著减少(P<0.05),但对蒸馏水的摄入无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:激动GLP-1外周受体后,可降低大鼠对蔗糖溶液的喜好程度,进而抑制对可口溶液的摄入。
Objective: To explore the effects of the periphery glucagon-like peptide-l(GLP-1) receptors in modulating sucrose solution intake in rats. Methods: The rats received intraperitoneal injection of GLP-1 receptors agonist exendin-4 or saline, and then underwent two bottle choice test between 8% sucrose solution and distilled water. We measured the sucrose solution/distilled water intake and preference ratio of sucrose solution. Results:Compared with saline injection, intraperitoneal injection of exendin-4 significantly decreased 8% sucrose solution intake, the preference ratio of sucrose solution and the total fluid intake in rats during 3h, but had no effect on the distilled water intake. Conclusion: These results suggest that activation of the periphery GLP-1 receptors may be involved in inhibition of the tasty sucrose solution intake by reducing the preference for it.
