摘要
选用50只妊娠后期莱芜黑母山羊,随机分为5组,每组10只,采用双因子试验设计,开展莱芜黑山羊妊娠后期能量蛋白的营养需要量研究。能量和蛋白质需要量的设定参考中国肉山羊(2004)饲养标准,高中低水平分别是标准推荐量的110%,100%和90%,A组为高蛋白高能量组,B组为中等蛋白高能量组,C组为高蛋白中等能量组,D为中等蛋白中等能量组,E组为低蛋白低能量组。结果表明,高能量中蛋白或者中能量高蛋白不利于母羊的日增重和羔羊的初生重,能量蛋白的相互效应对母羊日增重及羔羊初生重的影响明显(P<0.05),D组效果较好,妊娠后期莱芜黑山羊的日粮代谢能、粗蛋白、干物质适宜需要量分别为0.789 1 MJ/kgW0.75/d,9.614 3 g/kgW0.75/d,75.632 8 g/kgW0.75/d。
A total of 50 Laiwu black goats in late pregnancy were selected to investigate nutritional needs of dietary energy and protein and randomly divided into 5 groups by using two factor experimental design. The energy and protein requirement of setting the reference of China meat goats (2004) breed standards, levels of 110%, 100%, 90% of the standard were designed. Group A was fed high protein and high energy, group B fed the secondary protein and high energy, Group C fed the high protein and medium energy, Group D as the secondary pro- tein medium energy group and Group E as the low protein and low energy group. The results indicated that the high energy/medium protein or medium energy/high protein or low protein/low energy were all not conducive to the ADG and lamb birth weight, the interaction energy protein could increase the daily weight gain and lamb birth weight significantly ( P〈0. 05 ) in Laiwu black goats during late pregnancy and Group D was best. The appropriate ME, CP, DM of the dietary were 0. 789 1 MJ/kgW0.75/d, 9. 614 3 g/kgW0.75/d and 75. 632 8 g/ kgW0.75/d under this experiment.
